SFH MEMBERSHIP 2027 CHANGES
Beginning in January 2027, our annual membership fees will be:
• Adults (ages 26 and older): $250 per year
• Patients (ages 25 and younger): $50 per year
We understand that any price increase can be difficult, and increasing our fees is never an easy decision. In fact, this is our first membership fee increase in more than 7 years. During that time, the cost of providing the high-quality, personalized care you expect has continued to rise.
As an independent practice, we remain committed to putting our patients first. Remaining independent allows our providers and staff to focus on what matters most—delivering compassionate, accessible, high-quality healthcare without the constraints that often come with large healthcare systems. Your membership helps us continue to provide the level of service, extended benefits, and care that our patients value.
Why is the cost of membership increasing?
We’ve made this change to ensure we can continue providing the high level of personalized, accessible care our members have come to expect. The increased cost helps us keep pace with rising expenses while continuing to invest in our clinical team, technology, and the overall patient experience.
Will my membership benefits change?
Our goal is to maintain—and continue improving—the services and benefits included with your membership. We remain committed to providing personalized care, convenient access, and the time and attention that are central to our practice.
Why can’t the practice keep the membership price the same?
Like many healthcare practices, we’re experiencing increases in the cost of staffing, technology, supplies, administrative services, and other essential operating expenses. Adjusting our membership fee allows us to maintain the quality and level of service we believe our patients deserve.
When will the new membership price take effect?
The new membership rate will take effect on 01/01/2027. You will receive your invoice with the price change via HINT just prior to your enrollment month.
The new membership fee will be automatically charged to the payment method we have on file at the beginning of your enrollment anniversary month. If you decide that the membership is not right for you in 2027, we completely understand. To opt out, please submit your disenrollment request in writing, by phone, or through your patient portal by December 15, 2026.
