Warm Hugs and Wishes
A Year-End Message from the Sound Family Health Family
As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, there’s a comforting sense of transition all around us. The vibrant colors of fall remind us to slow down, reflect, and savor the beauty in change. Whether it's the simple pleasure of a cozy sweater, the joy of gathering with loved ones, or the quiet moments spent with a warm cup of tea, autumn encourages us all to take a breath and reconnect—with ourselves, and with each other.
Here at our office, we feel this seasonal shift too. It’s a special time of year—a chance to look back on the months behind us and prepare for the holidays and the fresh start a new year brings. This season always brings a sense of gratitude to our hearts, and we want to take a moment to share that with you.
To our wonderful patients:
Thank you. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your healthcare journey, for your trust, and for the relationships we’ve built with each of you. Whether you've been with us for many years or have just recently joined our practice, we are truly honored to serve you. Every visit, every conversation, every step forward in your health matters deeply to us.
As we approach the holiday season, we hope you’re able to find time to rest, to recharge, and to enjoy the little joys this time of year brings—crackling fires, festive meals, cherished traditions, and meaningful moments with family and friends. And if this season brings challenges or change, know that you’re not alone. We’re here, and we’re committed to supporting you in every way we can.
Looking back, 2025 has been a meaningful year for our team. We’ve continued to grow, learn, and deepen our commitment to compassionate, comprehensive care. We’re proud of what we've accomplished together—with your help—and we're excited for the opportunities that lie ahead in 2026.
So, as we move through this beautiful season and into the final months of the year, we want to extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. May this fall and holiday season bring you comfort, connection, and good health.
With warmth and gratitude,
Your Sound Family Health Family

Stay Healthy This Holiday Season:
Simple Tips for a Joyful Winter
The holidays are a time for celebration, family, and fun—but it’s also easy to fall out of routine. Here are a few tips to help you stay well and energized all season long:
🧘♀ Prioritize Self-Care
Don’t let the holiday hustle wear you down. Try to get 7–8 hours of sleep, take short walks, and make time for relaxation—even if it's just 10 minutes a day.
🥦 Eat Mindfully
Enjoy the treats, but balance is key. Fill your plate with colorful veggies and lean proteins before reaching for desserts. Staying hydrated helps curb cravings, too!
💉 Stay Up to Date on Vaccinations
Flu season is in full swing! Make sure you and your loved ones are current on flu shots, COVID boosters, and other recommended vaccines.
🧼 Wash Your Hands Frequently
With more gatherings and travel, germs spread easily. Hand-washing is one of the simplest ways to avoid illness.
💊 Refill Medications Early
Pharmacies and clinics have limited hours during the holidays. Refill any necessary prescriptions ahead of time to avoid disruptions.
📞 Know When to Call Us
Not feeling well? Before heading to urgent care or the ER, call us first. Our on-call Providers may be able to help over the phone and save you a trip.
